This film was created in partnership with Ferrari during the historic Ferrari Challenge at Watkins Glen, New York. The goal was not just to document the race but to embed within the internal teams and capture a more intimate, human approach to competition. We wanted to show the soul of the operation from within, highlighting the commitment, emotion, and precision that defines Ferrari at every level. From early morning prep to the final flag, the film focused on the people behind the performance, giving audiences a rare look into what it takes to win. As director and cinematographer, I was brought in to shape a story that honored both the heritage of the brand and the heart of the team behind this historic victory.

The visual approach leaned into realism and access. Our cameras followed the team over multiple days with a mix of cinematic handheld coverage and intimate interviews. We used long lens moments to isolate emotion from across the pit and macro shots to emphasize the minute adjustments and craftsmanship happening in real time. Lighting was built on available sources, pushing natural contrast and letting the environment speak. Each frame was composed to capture not just action but atmosphere. The tension before the green light, the focus in the mechanics' eyes, and the celebration that followed. Every movement was intentional, meant to reflect the elegance and discipline Ferrari is known for.
